Shipping & Returns
Shipping within Germany
We ship with Deutsche Post and DHL GoGreen – reliable, climate-friendly and with tracking.
- DHL Warenpost with tracking: €3.30
- DHL parcel shipping: €5.90
- Free shipping on orders over €59
Delivery time: Stock items are usually ready for dispatch within 24 hours and arrive within 1–3 business days.
Handcrafted products: Ready for dispatch after approx. 5 business days. Delivery usually within 7–10 business days. You can find the exact delivery time on the respective product page.
For orders containing items with different delivery times, shipping takes place together according to the longest delivery time. Vouchers are sent by email immediately after purchase.
Shipping to Austria & the EU
Delivery to: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Sweden.
- Flat shipping rate: €6.90
- No free shipping
- Delivery time: 2–6 business days (stock items), 7–11 business days (handcrafted items)
Shipping to Switzerland
- Flat shipping rate: €9.90
- No free shipping
- Delivery time: 4–8 business days (stock items), 9–13 business days (handcrafted items)
- Customs duties: not included in the price, to be paid by the buyer
Shipping to Other Non-EU Countries
Shipping to selected countries is possible. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout.
Customs duties and import charges are to be paid by the buyer. In the event of refusal of acceptance or non-collection, a refund will be issued minus shipping and return costs.
Tracking
All shipments include a tracking number. You will receive it automatically by email after dispatch. You can track your parcel at:

Returns & Withdrawal
A. No Right of Withdrawal for Handcrafted Items
Individually made products – in particular handcrafted or personalised items – are excluded from withdrawal pursuant to § 312g(2) No. 1 BGB. Gift vouchers are also excluded from withdrawal.
B. Right of Withdrawal for All Other Items (14 Days)
You may return all other items within 14 days without giving reasons. The period begins as soon as you or a person named by you (other than the carrier) have received the goods.

You may use the model withdrawal form below. To meet the deadline, timely dispatch of your declaration is sufficient.
C. Consequences of Withdrawal
We will refund all payments including standard shipping within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal declaration. The refund will be made via the originally used payment method. We reserve the right to refuse the refund until the goods have arrived back with us or proof of return shipment is available.

You bear the cost of the return shipment. Unannounced returns will not be accepted.
D. Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tag and original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase required
- Please send return requests to: support@dackelmanufaktur.de
Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and shipping instructions. Exchanges are handled via return and new order.
E. Damage & Incorrect Deliveries
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Damage or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 3 business days with a photo and the original packaging so that we can quickly find a solution.
F. Undelivered or Uncollected Shipments
If shipments are not accepted or not collected and returned to us:
- New shipment after payment of the renewed shipping costs
- Alternatively: refund minus shipping costs + €5 (DE) or €10 (international) handling fee
Non-collection does not constitute withdrawal.
