This piece is sewn for you in Hamburg. We import the tweed directly from the Isle of Lewis – where it has been woven on traditional looms for generations.

Measure your dachshund's neck – two finger-widths behind the ears. Leave two fingers' width of room.

Caring for Harris Tweed
Tweed is naturally dirt- and water-repellent. Shaking out or wiping with a damp cloth is usually enough.

For heavier soiling: lukewarm hand wash with wool detergent, dry flat. Do not tumble dry.

Dachshund Collar with Bow Tie in Harris Tweed®

Winnie is wherever something rustles. Between hedgerows and foxgloves, nose first and tail keeping the beat – the world is there to be discovered, after all. Her tweed wears the colours of her adventures: brown, rust and green marled like a late-summer forest floor. Plus a bow tie in glowing orange – like a foxglove just coming into bloom.

The 'Foxglove' set is made for dachshunds who stay curious: collar and bow tie in genuine Harris Tweed®, hand-sewn in our Hamburg workshop. The bow tie fastens with a press stud – firm and secure for every appearance. And if the day calls for a different colour: extra bow ties are available separately and attach with Velcro in seconds. Plus a gold-tone buckle and our wooden logo tag. The collar adjusts too, and grows along.

Because life, Winnie believes, is too short for boredom – and far too beautiful not to experience it in tweed.
