Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

For individually made products – in particular handcrafted or personalised items – there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to § 312g(2) No. 1 BGB (German Civil Code). These items are marked accordingly in the shop. Gift vouchers are also excluded from withdrawal.

For all other items, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies from receipt of the goods by you or a person you have named (other than the carrier).

Exercising the Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear declaration by post or email to:

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification before the deadline expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

We will refund all payments (incl. standard shipping) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal declaration. The refund will be made to the originally used payment method. We reserve the right to refuse the refund until the goods have arrived or proof of return shipment is available.
