Withdrawal and Returns Policy

A. No Right of Withdrawal for Handcrafted Items

For individually made products – in particular handcrafted or personalised items – there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to § 312g(2) No. 1 BGB (German Civil Code). These items are marked accordingly in the shop. Gift vouchers are also excluded from exchange and withdrawal.

B. Right of Withdrawal for All Other Items (14 Days)

For all other items, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period begins as soon as you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) have received the goods.

You may use the model withdrawal form below – however, this is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.

C. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments including delivery costs (except for special delivery types) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal declaration. The refund will be made to the original payment method, unless otherwise expressly agreed. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of return shipment.

D. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

A voluntary 14-day return or exchange right from receipt applies to all non-handcrafted items.

Requirements:
– Item must be unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging
– Receipt or proof of purchase required

We will then send you a return label and detailed shipping instructions.
Returns without prior registration will not be accepted.

E. Damage and Incorrect Items

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If anything is damaged or was delivered incorrectly, please contact us right away – we will quickly find a solution.

F. Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method. If no refund has been received after 15 business days, please contact us at support@dackelmanufaktur.de.
